You're encouraged to experiment to see what use pattern gives you best results. What follows is the pattern I've found gives me best results. In most cases you may increase intake for more profound results or reduce intake to stretch your budget. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Morning Step-By-Step ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ 1) Upon rising *one single drop* drop of Indium. More than a single drop will result in intensely profound physio-psycho-spiritual experience. If you're on a meditation retreat, a weekend getaway with your intimate partner or require greatly expanded cognitive/creative resources this is great. And one dropper of Indium may leave you laughing at the absurdity of daily activities for 2-3 days. Plan accordingly. Indium is best dropped down the back of the throat to avoid contact with enzymatically active mouth surfaces, as Indium intensity seems to reduce in the presence of these enzymes. 2) After Indium wait 10-15 minutes prior to drinking, brushing teeth or any activity which moves your body out of regenerative mode into activity mode. Best to enjoy one drop of Indium, then meditate for 10-15 minutes. 3) 8-10 ounces of pure water. Add 1t-1T of Angstrom Morning Minerals. You may also take 1t-1T of your Angstrom Daytime Minerals now to simplify your day. 4) Optimally drink 10-30 ounces of water each hour, depending on dryness of air in your environment. Closed offices tend to be very drying. Carry pure water with you, rather than drinking other beverages or tap water. 5) 1-8 ounces of Goji Juice. 1-4 ounces/day is a great core program. 4-8 ounces/day will rapidly change how your entire multi-dimensional self works. If you're at a cross-roads of change, increased Goji many times accelerates and eases your transitional adventure. 6) 1-2 caps of Salivarius Probiotics. 7) Advanced Practice: Only drink water until the sun is high (12-2) before you eat your first food meal. 8) Advanced Practice: 1-2 Digestive Enzymes 2-3 hours before your first meal to rapidly increase your cellular regeneration. 9) Advanced Practice: Around mid-morning enjoy a Salt Tonic - 1/4t of Himalayan Salt in 8 ounces warm water. You'll be served best by being near a bathroom the first few times you do this. After your elimination clears (you'll know what I mean if you try this), drop back to 1-2 times/month. If you're strapped for time, you can just wait 2-3 minutes after your Indium then do all these items together. Alternatively, you can mix a large water bottle with Morning and Daytime Angstrom Minerals, a pinch of Himalayan Sea Salt and Goji Juice and drink it as a tea all day long. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Daytime Step-By-Step ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ 1) 10-15 minutes before meals enjoy: a) 2-4 Digestive Enzymes depending on meal size percentage of meal that's cooked b) 1t-T Daytime Angstrom Minerals, which are designed to satisfy hunger by replacing related minerals which tend to get exhausted during stress 2) Advanced Practice: If you experience any type of rapid mood or energy shift you may be served to try a hyper dose of 4-8T of Daytime Angstrom Minerals. Hunger sensations are stage one results of mineral reserves dropping below certain thresholds. The next stage is usually varying degrees of aggression, like road rage, impatience and overwhelm. The last stage is usually depression. My personal experience with Panic Attacks is what drove the design of my Daytime Angstrom Formula. 3) Ultra Advanced Practice: I have limited access to an herbal formula which contains: Guarana, Green Tea, Ginger Root, Cayenne, Ginseng, Schisandra, Ashwaganda and Yerba Mate. These herbs combine mild forms of caffeine and subtle nutrients to increase: a) cellular fluid transfer - nutrient update and toxin elimination greatly increased b) mitochondria fire - in other words, cellular performance is increased by expanding the electrical firing capabilities of the internal cell "spark plug" c) neural communication - this results in dramatic shifts in ability to merge left/right brain function For now I'll call this product "Enhance" and it will only be available by request, when it's available to me. Great for intense mental work, authoring, speaking and giving media (radio) interviews. 4) Keep up 10-30 ounces/hour water intake. 5) Preferably eat only one or several small solid food meals. 6) First meal when the sun is high. Last meal while it's still light outside. 7) Himalayan Salt to taste with meals. 8) Seaweed Energy capsules as desired with meals. If the taste of Seaweeds puts you off, enjoy the caps. If you love Seaweed, open them over your food. I generally use 4-6 per meal. 9) 1-8 ounces of Goji Juice. 10) I normally add 1/4 t MSM and one Vita-C for each six ounces of Chocolate Silk I drink 3-6 times during the day. This initial program is designed to quickly balance the primary contributers to Insomnia, restless sleep and poor dream recall. Most people experience a strong sleep response (they pass out) when first starting this program. Over time their sleep response lessens and once the strong sleep response (passing out) ceases, then proceed to the Maintenance Evening Step-By-Step. Maintenance Evening Step-By-Step: 1) 2-3 Vitalize 2 hours before bed with 10+ ounces water until first bottle finished. Keep a bottle on-hand for any evenings sleep seems like it will be long in coming. 2) 1 Protease Enzyme 1 hour before bed is best continued until diet is immaculate, as Cancer is no laughing matter. 3) 1t Evening Angstrom Minerals, increasing for any evenings sleep seems like it will be long in coming. 4) 1-8 ounces of Goji Juice. Be sure to enjoy a sleeping environment which is quiet, dark, EMF free, even temperature and fresh air rich (open windows). If noisy, drop by your local sporting store and pick up foam rubber ear plugs.
