Chocolate is a natural pathogen antagonist. Between us we ate nearly 5 lbs. of Chocolate in two weeks. We kept an overflowing bowl in the center of the room and grabbed a handful every time we passed by. 2) Clorox! Our ritual was to pickup the best produce from local markets then soak everything in Clorox for 15 minutes, rinse and let the chlorine off gas for a few hours. For leafy greens, like the cilantro we used making Yemiah's Sinful Salsa, soak in pure water for 15 minutes after the 15 minute Clorox soak. Forget those expensive synthetic disinfectants. Instead, buy a big jug of Clorox for a few bucks. 1 cap Clorox/sink of water is perfect. Fill the sink with produce, then stack on dishes or anything flat to submerge all surfaces of your soaking produce. 3) Daily Protease & Olive Leaf Both these have great synergy for killing higher order pleomorphs like bacteria and parasites. 4) 2 mg. Copper Gluconate 2-3 times daily. I'd avoid this on a regular basis, as this is more of an elemental size copper molecule. And nothing says "bad trip" like a gut full of parasites. So this trick alone will probably keep most people on the Yellow Brick road during their travels. 100 2mg. caps is usually around $5-$6. 5) 4-5 Avocados daily. Super rich in Copper to kill pathogens. 6) Mucho Salt & Peppers Pathogens hate Salt and Peppers too, so these are great to add in. 7) Young Coconuts While our Young Coconut adventures this trip were less than acceptable, if you have access to Young Coconuts, drink them consistently. Young Coconut water is massively anti-microbial. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Fun In The Sun ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Also we had Hemp Seeds and Golden Flax daily. These along with Avocado allowed me to avoid putting any oil on my skin the entire trip.
