Saturday's Raw Feast Updated Schedule

As Gabriel will be doing an interview on Patrick's
show, his talk will begin after the Raw Feast around
9PM. To smooth the evening's events here is the schedule:

  6PM - 8PM   : Store will be open for normal Super Foods
                and also Gabriel's books. Please bring your
                check book, rather than credit card as this
                will speed up orders.

                For those unable to join us at Whole Foods
                on Sunday, Gabriel will be signing these
                books during breaks.

  7PM - 8:30PM: We will begin the Raw Feast promptly at 7PM

  8:30PM      : Everyone assist cleaning up the space and
                preparing for Gabriel's talk.

  9PM -       : Gabriel's talk on:

                   "Spiritual Nutrition for Awakening and Liberation"

Gabriel's Topic

When Gabriel's people called they asked what people
might be comfortable hearing about, as his speaking
topic. I laughed and replied, "Have Gabriel imagine
what he's desired to talk about for years.... Go to
the edge."

And Gabriel's topic is:

   "Spiritual Nutrition for Awakening and Liberation"

If you're inviting guests choose "upscale" people who
are well on their Radical Health, Raw Food path - as
much of the "basics" of extreme longevity will be skipped.

One word of caution. This will be an unusual talk and
will cover a great deal of advanced terrain, including
links between the intelligence of Raw Foods and their
effect on spirituality.

Some of these links/applications may stretch some people's
"reality tunnel" and as above, the best people for this
talk are people who are "upscale". People who have already
developed their own momentum of pushing the edge in their
health, relationships and daily spiritual practice.
