When you find an experiment which works well for you, this is an area you can further research. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Secret #1: Salt & Water ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Hydration is the basis of life. We're primarily water, so best to focus first on the two macro nutrients - Salt & Water. Simple rule of thumb with me is to eat salt to taste and drink twice my body weight in fluids each day. I drink around a gallon of pure water and another gallon of fluid as Coco Chai (recipe later), Goji Chi Tea (recipe later) and eating high water content foods. Salt is the substance which allows water to be held in our bodies. Hydration/Dehydration tracks quality and quantity of salt and water intake. If the quality of salt is downscale or quantity is to high or low, this sets the stage for dehydration. Two of the primary contributors to dehydration are using: 1) Processed (super heated) salt either directly or hidden in processed foods 2) Grey salts (the Grey color is from petroleum) which are mined off the coast of Brittany France (English Channel) which is one of the more polluted waterways on the planet Best to use Himalayan Salt or Chinese Sea Salt (we carry both). Alternatively a fair transitional source is Real Salt. Another possible upscale choice may be Hawaiian Red Salt and I've yet to see a chemical assay on this salt. Himalayan Salt is also rich in platinum group elements which the latest Quantum Physics research has related to higher brain function. If you're going for peak brain, eye and energy experience stick with Himalayan Salt. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Secret #2: Advance Enzyme Use ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Our brains and eyes require only one fuel - Sugar. This is why alcoholism is best approached by first focusing on enzymes and sugar metabolism. The reason alcoholics stay in a "constantly recovering" state, where they simply manage their cravings, usually relates to poor sugar metabolism. Our brains and eyes require sugar. Massive quantities of sugar. Constant use of alcohol and sugar simple relate to our brains staying alive in the best way they know how. Increasing Enzymatic Fire can many times reverse these trends/habits in a few days, even if they've been going on for years. As people's enzyme reserves deplete from years of eating cooked and processed food, their ability to convert food into massive, high quality sugar reduces, atrophies and sometimes completely interrupts. Refined sugar and alcohol require little processing and in down regulated systems are required to sustain brain function. This is why long time alcoholics and sugarholics loose their taste for both after a few weeks of using enzymes and eating Super Foods. This offloads the pancreas and allows it to regenerate and rebuild enzyme reserves. 2) Protease: These are some of the enzymes the pancreas creates when there is no requirement to produce digestive enzymes, as when a person eats cooked/processed foods. Flooding the body with food grade, high potency, Protease can many times reverse the challenges created by years of producing low levels of Protease internally. (More about this later.) 3) Metabolic: These are produced internally. There are very few sources of food based metabolic enzymes. They open up the fluid passage, so Fluid Flow (interchange) is faster and more complete. Nutrients arrive faster and toxins are carried away faster. 3) Elastize: Elastic stretches. Caretonoids are well known for their ability to up-regulate vascular piping so stretching occurs. This naturally causes deposits of plaque, chemicals, metals and minerals to release and flush out of our bodies. The best sources of Caretonoids are foods with dark red and orange colors: 1) Goji Berries 2) Camu Berries 3) Nightshades: Tomatoes, Bell Peppers, Hot Peppers 4) Algae: Cold Processed Super Blue Green Algae Other synergistic partners include: 1) Cacao: King of all dilators. 2) Vitalize: Herbal mixture which melts the mucoid glue which holds sediment in lymphatic passages, which reduces Fluid Flow. This requires: 1) Omega 3 EFAs: Specifically the long chain variety of DHA and EPA. 2) B-12: Which is the substance from which DNA is synthesized. 3) Vitamin-C & MSM: From which collagen or fluid pipes are built. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Omega 3 EFA Sources ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ One of the most effective ways to flood your body with long chain Omega 3 EFAs is to eat short chain EFA sources: 1) Activated Walnuts 2) Activated Golden Flax 3) Hemp Seeds 4) Cold Processed Super Blue Green Algae 5) Omega Zen pure DHA from Golden Algae Avoid: 1) Fish oils which are super heated and full of chemical toxins. 2) Flax and Hemp stored at room temperature, especially in open bulk bins as this speeds up oils going rancid by oxidation. 3) Algaes which have been frozen or freeze dried. The best Algaes are iridescent like Scarab beetles, which are coincidentally associated with longevity in many cultures. Most people can convert around 1% of short chain Omega 3 EFAs to long chain Omega 3 EFAs. Adding Coconut at the same time boosts conversion to 10%+. This is why I use all precursors and Coconut in my Coco Chai drink (recipe later). Inters tingly enough brains of most people are made up of 35%-45% DHA and eyes are 55%-65% DHA. So long chain Omega 3 EFAs are the largest single component of both brain and eye tissue. ~~~~~~~~~~~~ B-12 Sources ~~~~~~~~~~~~ There are several great sources for B-12. 1) Camu Berries 2) Bee Pollen 3) Super Blue Green Algae 4) B Nano Plex The jury is still out on the first three and we also enjoy "B Nano Plex" on a daily basis. This is a liquid B complex with stabilized B-12 which is highly human compatible and seems to be highly absorbable through tissue into cells. Avoid synthetic B-12 supplements as it's anyone's guess what long term health consequences may arise from synthesizing DNA from synthetic B-12. There is a growing theory many mutative (cancer) tissue diseases may arise from using high levels of synthetic B-12 which in turn synthesizes denatured and flawed DNA, leading to progressively worse mutations each time a cell divides using this flawed DNA. This gives me the shudders. I'll stick with natural sources. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Vitamin-C & MSM Sources ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Vitamin-C and MSM are the two primary components for building and maintaining fluid passage in our bodies. The best sources for Vitamin-C are Goji Berries and Camu Berries. Goji and Camu berries can contain 30-60 times the Vitamin-C of an equal weight of oranges. This can double if the Gojis and Camus are handled correctly. MSM should only be used if it's from an organic source and looks like small shards of glass. If it looks like small beads then chemical surfactants, flowing agents have been added. These are the same chemicals added to processed salt so it flows and never cakes. Avoid synthetic Vitamin-C (called ascorbic acid) and low quality MSM as this can cause fluid passages to be build which have low integrity. This in turn can lead to fluid passage walls prolapsing (collapsing) or bursting - in other words, Aneurysms and Strokes. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Secret #5: Alkaline pH ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Run enough acid fluid through a pipe and it will corrode, then collapse. The same applies to fluid passages in our bodies, especially the most microfine fluid passages which provide fluid interchange with our brain and eyes. These are the passages most vulnerable to Acid pH eating styles. Salt, Water, Enzymes and Raw Food are great alkalizers. And the most rapid alkalizers are: 1) Salt Flushes: 2t Himalayan Salt & 1 quart warm water. Many a day I've started by holding my nose and drinking this. 2) Coco Chai: This Chocolate drink has 30+ Super Foods and is specifically designed to alkalize, nourish and neutralize all detox discomfort. Keep in mind the most acidic foods include flesh, fish, milk, cheese, soy, grains, flours, rice. High protein and high starch greatly increase acidity. One of the most circulated urban myths is we require a high protein diet. Camu and Gojis are best at this. 2) Chem-Free/Metal-Free: Two herbal mixtures which over the years have consistently supported bodies in rapidly clearing iris rings. 3) Natural Cellular Defense: The jury is still out on NCD for clearing iris rings and I still enjoy a few drops every day. Very cheap insurance, in my book. I'd experiment with Chem-Free, Metal-Free and NCD to see which gave me the fastest clearing of iris rings. Find sources of knowledge with resonate with you, then immerse yourself in these sources until you master the technologies they communicate. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Coco Chai Recipe ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Rather than a step-by-step recipe, which you can find in previous articles, here's a starting point. Center around Super Foods like Cacao, Camu, Gojis, Maca, Cold Processed Guarana (as commercial Guarana is super heated into a methamphetamine like substance) and Blue Green Algaes. Start with a 4 to 1 ratio of Cacao to Carob, then add in Maca, Hemp Seeds and Coconut products for milking component. Use Raw Agave or Dates for sweeteners. Try culinary (Chai) spices for added flavor components. Try frozen blueberries and strawberries, fresh mango and papaya. Go easy on banana if you use any at all. ~~~~~~~~~~~~ Goji Chi Tea ~~~~~~~~~~~~ Try using Goji Berries (soaked) and Rain Forest herbs like Cold Processed Guarana, Yerba Mate and Kola in small quantities. Also Cold Processed Ma Huang, again in small quantities. Try mixing in as much Camu (Vitamin-C) and MSM as you can tolerate.
