~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Dilator Magic Part 2: Supercharge Your Beauty, Energy & Health The Easy Way ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Dilators are substances and devices which open and expand. Dilator is pronounced die-later, which is what happens when we enjoy a constant flow of dilators in our eating styles. If we eat enough di-lators then we die later or in more upscale languaging, we live longer. Now onto our magical dilator journey part 2, complete with intriguing roadside attractions... ~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Administrivia ~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Articles : join@RadicalHealth.com Austin Events: austin@RadicalHealth.com Unsubscribe : leave@RadicalHealth.com ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Resource Guide ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Per your requests, here's a summary of resources referenced in this article. Dilator Magic Part 1: Supercharge Your Beauty, Energy & Health The Easy Way http://www.radicalhealth.com/issues/2006-05-13:dilators.txt This week we'll continue with several other core Dilators. Next week I'll target completing this series with several exotic Dilators. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ How Dilators Work ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ There are several different ways dilators work: 1) Expanding fluid passages 2) Increasing nerve energy to fluid passage walls 3) Clearing debris from vascular (fluid passages) walls 4) Lowering fluid viscosity (thinning) 5) Increasing peristalsis The net outcome from all these actions is increased fluid flow and interchange. This increases nutrient delivery, nutrient uptake, nutrient assimilation and elimination. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Dilator #7: Sleep, Blood & Lymph ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Sleep is a most powerful Dilator. During sleep our entire physiology shifts out of activity mode into youthing/regeneration mode. Relaxation of fluid passages is a major component of youthing. When fluid passages relax they expand and become more elastic. This uplevels or accelerates fluid interchange - nutrients delivered/uptaken faster and toxins eliminated faster. Some toxins, especially those embedded in fluid passage walls require this relaxation and expansion to release and eliminate. Without this elimination fluid passage walls can become rough and sticky. Add in cholesterol and the stage is set for atherosclerosis - hardening of the arteries by way of debris build-up on fluid passage walls. We're most familiar with atherosclerosis as a large majority of people in so called civilized cultures die prematurely from cardio-vascular events. Lesser known are all the many hard to diagnose problems caused by debris build up in the lymphatic system. There are two primary challenges caused by this situation which is referred to as stagnant lymph. First: Stagnant lymph is usually a primary component in sleep disorders. This can be full blown Insomnia, restless sleep or light sleep which feels like waking up foggy, with cotton in one's eyes, brain and mouth. Second: More commonly known are the class of Lymphatic Cancers. Imagine having a stopped up toilet and continuing to use it for years. You'd have a challenge, yes? The same applies to Vitalize. Our lymphatic system is a complex sewer system, which drains one way - out of tissue towards our colon or skin, whichever is working more efficiently. One of the high priority items on your youthing check list is served to be deep sleep and here's how go get it. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Roadside Attraction #6: Deep, Continuous Sleep HowTo ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Deep sleep is a choice. To enjoy sleep deep enough for continuous youthing requires some consideration and organization of your sleeping space and life habits. Once complete, these preparations pay off with huge returns on your investment. Here are several previous articles you're served to read also: Cashew Violet Silk Smoothie for Radiant Skin & Ultra Deep Sleep http://www.radicalhealth.com/issues/2004-08-27:violet.txt The Tao of Deep Sleep http://www.radicalhealth.com/issues/2004-03-19:deepsleep_1.html Gourmet Recipes, Allergies & Travel Sleep http://www.radicalhealth.com/issues/2003-05-02:recipes.txt And several of the most important components are: 1) Quiet sleeping space 2) Dark sleeping space 3) Your body prepared for sleep (finish eating while light outside) 4) Fast flowing lymph 5) Eating style rich in Tryptophan The first three items are self explanatory. Item 4: Relates to two activities. Ensuring the lymphatic passages are clear and then engaging in enough daily activity (exercise, movement, walking) to move your lymph. Blood is pumped by lung and heart action. Lymph fluid is pumped by movement. Even short walks up stairs and from your car into work are sufficient, provided lymphatic channels are open. Due to a variety of cultural features including environmental toxins and dehydration, many people's lymphatic channels block. As as toxins build up the body registers a state of emergency. Since activity is the lymphatic pump, once in a state of toxic emergency a body will continually strobe the adrenals to keep itself upright, eyes wide open and moving. This vicious cycle leads to varying levels of Insomnia and adrenal exhaustion. This is especially challenging for women as a primary component of PMS and Menopausal symptoms is adrenal exhaustion. To address this I'd: 1) Drink plenty of water. I drink 2x my body weight in fluids daily. I drink a gallon of pure water and another gallon of other fluids like Coco Chai, Goji Chi Tea and high water content foods. 2) Enjoy Vitalize (http://RadicalHealth.com/order/) as an experiment and see if sleep deepens. 3) Move your body! As you go through your day find ways to increase your movement. Walk from place to place briskly. Park your car at the far ends of parking lots. Take the stairs instead of elevators. Item 5: Tryptophan is the substance from which the relaxing neurotransmitters are synthesized. These are chemicals which mediate/control our shift from activity mode to youthing/regeneration/sleep/rest mode. Pistachios and other nuts/seeds are great sources. Also frozen Edaname beans (one of the few acceptable soy products) are extremely high in Tryptophan and people who have Tryptophan deficiencies many times will binge on these, eating them straight from the bag frozen. Once their bodies register a rich source of Tryptophan binge eating may being to replenish reserves. Cashews are also rich in Tryptophan and can cause many other inflammation challenges in many people, so best to pass on Cashews until you're in perfect health and even then eat them in small quantities, preferably soaked and in other recipes. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Dilator #8: Daily Sunshine ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Dogs are great sun coaches. Every day our dogs sun bath and sun gaze. When the sun is at zenith (highest/hotest point) the dogs will shuffle out and lay down. They'll squint and look into the sun for a few minutes, then roll over on their backs and sun their tummies. Usually just for 5-10 minutes on their eyes, backs and tummy. Contrary to popular belief, 100% Pure Organic Sunlight is essential to health. I could talk about this for several articles. And as a dilator, our Sun operates by heating us up. Simply, as our skin soaks up sunlight and heat, enzyme activity increases and fluid viscosity thins. Sun gazing, which for most is best done with eyelids closed, delivers sunlight energy directly to the brain which dilates brain fluid passages. Sun bathing delivers sunlight to tissue. Sunlight is our primary source of Vitamin D, which is required for peak digestion (food breakdown/uptake). Peak digestion is required to deliver nutrients to our fluid passages for their correct slickness (so nothing sticks), elasticity and repair. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Dilator #9: Hot Salt Baths ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Hot Salt Baths are one of the most therapeutic youthing/dilator technologies avaiable. Cheap. Decadent. Quick. This is simple. A tub full of water as hot as is comfortable, add 1 lb. Salt and essential oils of your choice. My favorites are Young Living's Lavendar and Valor. As it's a bit expensive to bath in Himalayan Salt, we've brought back Chinese Sea Salt for bathing and also for activating nuts (another activity requiring mucho salt). You can find Salt and Oils here: http://RadicalHealth.com/order/ ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Wrapping Up For Now ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ We're complete now with the core Dilators. Next week, we'll complete this series talking about more exotic Dilators like: - Cacao, Camu, Gojis, Schizandra, Tomatoes, Hot Peppers, - Ma Huang, Guarana, Yerba Mate, Sida Cordifolia - Dulse, Nori, Kelp Enjoy your best day ever! - David -- Can you feel like $1,000,000 all day, every day?
