Yemiah About Her DVDs

Hello Dear Ones,

At long last David and I have completed my DVD project!  YEAH!!!

First, Thank you for your great patience, Thank YOU!

When we first began this adventure we had no idea what the reality
of doing this would be until we got into it and had to learn every
step of the way.  We have been greatly enlightened and now have
mastered the art of DVD production, editing, cover art, media art
and duplication.  I was beginning to wonder if it would ever happen
as we bumped into one obstacle after another, to over come one only
to run into another.  I must say, this is the longest pregnancy I
have yet to experience.

For those of you who may be wondering what I am talking about, I
gave a series of Raw food classes in 2005, 9 classes in all and over
12 hours of instruction  we filmed each class with the intention of
making them available on DVD, thinking it would be a simple little
learning curve, we made a promise that they would be done a few
months later. Well, its now a year and a half later and now they
are finally complete.

In these DVDs I take you through the use of Raw food kitchen
technology and teach you how to prepare everything from simple nut
milks to enchiladas, blueberry pie, to peach strudel, Thai soup
to chocolate chip cookies, tacos, pasta, pizza and much, much more.

A few of the gadgets I use in the DVDs, I mention that we will notify
you on where you can get them, namely, the Saladacco or Spiralizer
as some call it, which is used for making angle hair pasta. I have
since, discovered another pasta maker which I think makes perfect
spaghetti, it is called the Spirolli, Vegetable Slicer.  The other
thing is a Pickle Press which is used for making the pressed salads

I hope that our contribution, David's and Mine, (as this was totally
