Many decadent foods contain the components to create this outcome with grace and ease. We'll start with what you're best served to leave out then move on to how you can increase you Lycopene intake from tomatoes/red veges and the mistaken view tomatoes and chocolate cause viral outbreaks. Then we'll move on to the powerful immune boosting effects of Vanilla, Agave, Guarana, Vitalize, Salt and Seaweeds. Here's a recap, as these are best left out when you're rebooting your full-on immunity. 1) Excipients: These are non-nutrient flowing agents used to ease flowing sticky, hydroscopic (moisture wicking) components into capsules. 2) Ascorbates: A non-nutrient Vitamin-C mimic. 3) Synthetics: The worst of which is synthetic B-12. 4) Isolates: High quality base materials to which volcanic heat and noxious chemicals are used to isolate/extract nutrients. 5) Glues/Blockers: Cooked soy/grain/rice/dairy products. 6) Acidosis: Eating/Life habits encouraging consistent acid pH. 7) Alkalosis: Eating/Life habits encouraging consistent alkaline pH. ~~~~~~~~~~ Excipients ~~~~~~~~~~ A good bit of research shows excipients, especially stearates block nutrient uptake and destroy T-Cells (front line immune function). We've seen a significant number of people in our client practice transform from non-responsive to every protocol to hyper-responsive to every protocol, usually in 1-3 days after removing excipients from their eating style. Yes, I read the research and what tells the tale with me is our client practice. Seeing people flip from non-responsive to hyper-responsive in days is rare. Seeing an entire group flip by removing expensive supplements with magnesium stearate was all I required to form my opinion about excipients. ~~~~~~~~~~ Ascorbates ~~~~~~~~~~ Ascorbates are chemical nightmares. Ascorbic Acid never has been and never will be Natural State Vitamin C. Natural State Vitamin C is one of the most complex nutrients in existence. Vitamin C is like Bee Pollen and Chocolate. They are all simply to complex to even closely approximate their true nature. Ascorbates (there are many different types) are all vitamin mimics. In other words, they are recognized by our bodies as the "real deal", uptaken into our receptor systems and block uptake of they're real counterparts. Ascorbic Acid when uptaken turns off the "I require Vitamin C signal" which originally attracted it to a receptor site. Then cells integrate this material into metabolic (chemical) functions and fun begins. Ascorbic Acid because of it's corrupt nature requires massive Copper to detox, so when introduced our bodies leech Copper at a frantic pace, so chelate/bond with Ascorbic Acid to detox it. Many times when people cease using Ascorbic Acid supplements and foods which use this as a preservative, their natural hair color returns rapidly. So instead of reaching for hair dye, toss your expensive Ascorbic Acid supplements and packaged foods. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Glues & Blockers ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Glues and blockers are easy to understand. If you drink a bottle of Elmer's white paste you can quickly imagine how this my interfere with nutrient uptake. Liquid glue rapidly: 1) Wraps around food, blocking absorption. 2) Coats intestinal track walls, blocking absorption. 3) Blocks micro-fine fluid passages responsible for carrying nutrients to cells and carrying waste/toxins away from cells. The worst are dairy products. Next are pasteurized, packages Rice/Soy/Nut milks. Next are Tofu/Tempe/Cooked Soy Sauce. Next are rice and grains. In general, Yemiah and my rule of thumb is if you can mix it with water outside your body and make glue, then best leave it outside your body. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Synthetics & Isolates ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ These are variations on the theme of Ascorbates. Synthetics are chemically synthesized as in the case of B Vitamins being synthesized from coal tar. Isolates may start as upscale Natural State, whole foods then volcanic heat and strong solvent chemicals are applied to isolate/extract specific components for resale. The most extreme Isolate compounds are pharmaceuticals created by isolating key compounds out of Vanilla, which will talk about more shortly. By far the worst synthetic has to be B-12. Using this substance is being linked more and more to auto-immune diseases. You can invest hours reading this or you simplify all the finding to these key points: 1) B-12 is the physical substance from which DNA is synthesized. 2) DNA provides our blueprint of correct chemical sequences and checksums to verify cellular reproduction is proceeding with integrity. 3) Using synthetic B-12 slightly corrupts the integrity of each cell division. 4) The newly created, slightly corrupt cells increase corruptness of each new generation of cells. 5) When enough generations of corrupt cells are active together, they reach critical mass and systemic metabolic confusion and mutation occur. Call this Cancer, AIDS, Lupus, Graves, etc. All auto-immune dis-ease is simply a corrupt DNA blueprint. Replacing synthetic B-12 intake with Natural State B-12 as in Bee Pollen and the Natural State B Complex we provide can completely reboot cellular integrity over the course of a few months. ~~~~~~~~ Acidosis ~~~~~~~~ Ah, the evil pH twins. Running consistent acid or alkaline pH can cause all manner of disastrous effects. We're most familiar with Acidosis, which requires a bit of effort to regenerate from. When tissue is constantly held in acid fluid, tissue degeneration occurs. Also the odd phenomenon of cholesterol packing occurs. This leads to hard to revers over weight conditions and in Vegans high cholesterol liver dysfunctions which seem to defy medical diagnosis. ~~~~~~~~~ Alkalosis ~~~~~~~~~ Alkalosis is the other side of the coin. Eating styles centered around cold, damp, sweet foods like salad and fruit are deadly, common to the many myths propagated by some Raw Food systems. This is easily understood as people who eat this way require massive will power, where balanced Raw Fooding requires no will power. When a person's body becomes water logged or as the Oriental Medical Doctors say, "develop a damp humor" this refers to spleen and pancreas function reducing to a point where immune function ceases. Our bodies register this as an unacceptable situation, as low/no immunity can result in pain and possible death. Since our bodies highest priority is to stay alive and strong immunity is required for this, our mental considerations about Raw Food will be instantaneously overridden. In early stages this takes the form of ever increasing craving intensity, usually for: 1) Baked potato, butter, sour cream and chives. 2) Chips and Hot Sauce. 3) East Indian Food. 4) Potato Chips. 5) Cereal, cookies, crackers, donuts and pastries. 6) Bagels and cream cheese. Foods required to reboot atrophied immune function tend to absorb water, heat tissue, furnish missing salt/sugar/fat when people cease eating these. In later stages, "blackout eating occurs" where people engage will power to deny their biological suggestions to eat these foods to a point their lower neurological systems will turn off higher brain function, eat the required foods, then restore higher brain function. This creates gaps in time where people "wake up" with a half empty box and the last thing they remember is a full box. Best to keep in mind we require salt, sugar, fat, heat energy and dry energy. Alkalosis is easy to recover from as there is no tissue damage as with Acidosis. Usually the fastest corrective measures are the easiest. A hot bath or better a full body sun bath. Or a hand full of Dulse. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Immune Boosting With Lycopene ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Lycopene is used to speak about red pigments in foods including tomatoes, bell peppers, hot peppers and vanilla. Most of the Lycopene press revolves around cooked tomato products because "cooking" makes Lycopene more biologically available. While true, there are several key points left out: 1) Cooking destroys other co-factors required for optimal Lycopene effect. 2) Strong digestive fire produces similar availability as cooking. 3) If digestive fire is compromised, high octane digestive enzymes can be used. In short, cooked Lycopene is a massive money machine. There's more profitable for companies to isolate/extract Lycopene, package it in expensive capsules and market it as better than inexpensive, red veges. The primary consideration here is digestive fire as the cellulose (plant fiber) binding Lycopene requires some serious enzymatic-oompa (technical term) to extract Lycopene out of tomatoes. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Immune Boosting With Vanilla ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Vanilla is in the complexity realm of Chocolate and Vitamin C. Until the recent advent of synthetic Vanillin, almost all pharmaceutical drugs were manufactured with Vanilla because the active components of drugs come from Vanilla. This is intriguing. In essence, drugs are chelation agents which are "tuned" in specific ways to extract Vanilla components. To me, using Natural State Vanilla Powder is preferable. This is why we invested nearly 5 years bring a 100% Pure Vanilla Powder to market. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Immune Boosting With Chocolate ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ With 1200 active ingredients, Chocolate is a powerful immune booster. Especially when used in Chocolate drinks with Maca, Tocotrienols, Hemp, Bee Pollen and friends. I'll focus on one component here, the amino acid Arginine. Many people with HPV, Herpes and other viral situations experience "out breaks" when they eat tomatoes or Chocolate. This is because of high levels of Lycopene (tomatoes) and Arginine (Chocolate). The usually thinking here is these substances somehow cause these out breaks. More correctly it is a deficiency of immune system supporting nutrients which allows virus material to remain dormant in tissue. Ingesting concentrated Lycopene and Arginine reboots peak immune function. When rebooted immunity identifies viral material this material will be eliminated in the most optimal manner. Normal elimination circulates viral material through many long, small, fluid passages which create the possibility for systemic spread of a virus. Our immune systems are way smarter than this, so instead of allowing viral material the opportunity to create systemic infections, skin will be opened (out breaks) and the viral material expelled directly from where ever it currently resides. Ingesting concentrated Lycopene and Arginine boost immunity to a point where out breaks can be initiated to expel viral material. Rather than avoiding this, better to support this function with salt baths and a consistently upscale eating style. Also eating nutrient rich liquids made from tomato and chocolate, like Fiesta Mole, sometimes provide enough water and salt to chelate/bind viral material and eliminate it without outbreaks. So you'll know your body is clear of viral material, when out breaks cease as you enjoy your tomatoes and Chocolate. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Immune Boosting With Agave ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Agave is a sleeper product. When is processed at low temperature and it's Inulin remains intact, it is a powerful Prebiotic which relates to it's ability to provide food to Probiotics. When cooked Inulin fuses together and creates a similar sugar shock to white sugar, which is why we now provide Really Raw Agave. This has been an eye opener for me, as I translated Guarana as a very downscale product. And commercial version are very downscale. They are more of an amphetamine substance than food. Natural State Guarana tends to dilate (open) fluid passages and dramatically feed our adrenals, rapidly regenerating them when regeneration has been deferred as in long term cooked caffeine use. They control energy and immune expression. When these are all working at peak, we're good. Our Adrenals live on salt. Our Thyroids live on salt, iodine and emerald green pigments. Our Parathyroids live on salt, iodine and purple pigments.
