You can think of an apple slice in open air. After a short time it's surface oxidizes (ages/denatures) and turns brown. The same happens internally with body cells. Longevity = Hydration + Nourishment + Antioxidant Levels. ~~~~~~~~~~~~ Salt & Water ~~~~~~~~~~~~ Antioxidant effectiveness starts with Salt and Water. We are primarily water beings, so the quality and quantity of water we can hold in our bodies is the foundation of our health and basis of our longevity. My story is Water is best served to be pure H2O, with no alkaline minerals added. Eating Raw Super Foods provides plenty of "organic or live state minerals" where alkalized water is always created by adding inorganic salts which act like grains of sand placed in oysters to create pearls. Inorganic minerals added to water disrupt hydration and create many odd, difficult to diagnose symptoms. Chemicals, Metals & Pathogens travel together as they support activity of each other. Also, because of new water treatment chemicals and fossil fuel exhaust you may find you have massive upgrades in your mood and energy by implementing an ongoing maintenance program to continually clear new intake of Chemicals, Metals & Pathogens. In very simple terms: - Chemicals and Metals bind much easier in systems full of glue, so any substances you can mix with water outside your body which make glue make even worse glue inside your body because your body is also warm. Clearing Pathogens is easy as they only hang around when they have food. Stop feeding them and they leave on their own. The easy way to do this is to continually increase your intake of Raw Super Foods and boost digestive fire. In fact, my entire eating style revolves around Chocolate Silk and Fiesta Mole. I drink Silk all day and around 2PM in the afternoon have my one solid meal of the day using Fiesta Mole, Avocado, Edamame and whatever veggies are handy. Fiesta Mole supercharges antioxidant activity in several ways: - It duplicates all the qualities of Chocolate Silk in slightly different ways, so together they create massive internal antioxidant synergy. - And Fiesta Mole goes one step further by blending ingredients which tend to liberate Lycopene from it's tomato powder. Ultra Tocos is one of our most rapidly selling products. It's a extremely high grade rice bran. The manufacturer starts with high grade brown rice, enzymatically strips out the sugars and carbohydrates, then enzymatically inhibits it's Lipase (digestive enzyme). - This enzymatic processing preserves and concentrates antioxidants in a way which produces six primary Vitamin E related substances which range from 100s to 1000s of times the antioxidant potential as normal Vitamin E. Also most Vitamin E, CoQ10 and related supplements are rancid or packaged in gelatin with high levels of excipients. I could go on and on talking about each Raw Super Food we import and you get the idea. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ House Chocolate Silk Recipe ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ This makes one gallon of what I call Turbo Silk: 1 1/2 Cups - Chocolate Silk Powder 1 1/2 Cups - Vanilla Agave 1" Square - Cacao Butter 1tsp-1Tbl+ - Coco Chai (high levels == higher entertainment value) 2 Cups - Water Blend on high until clicking of dry material on blender blade goes silent, which indicates you have an ultra smooth mixture. Pour blender contents in one gallon, hard, clear plastic water bottle. Add 3-4 drops Orange Oil. Fill rest of container. Shake well. Chill. Shade before using and drink with wild abandon. If you have children, you may desire making two jugs one for you with Coco Chai and one without for your kids. This will give you an energy edge, so you can always out-pace them. :-) Add 3-4 Salivarius is you'll be keeping this for more than a week, to extend shelf life. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ House Fiesta Mole Recipe ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ This makes one gallon of what I call Stone Soup: 1/2-1 Cup - Fiesta Mole Powder 2+ Tbls - Ultra Tocos 2+ Tbls - Hemp 2+ Tbls - EFA Oil Blend 2 Cups - Water 3-4 Caps - Seaweed Energy (Kelp/Dulse) optional for unusual oceanic flavor components Add ingredients above and extra Sun Fire Salt to taste, in a glass jar, tighten lid and shake until all powder is dissolved in liquid. Then add the following or 32oz. of any veggies you have on hand. I also enjoy adding diced, fresh peppers. Hot Hatch peppers and Red Bell Peppers are my favorite. 1 16oz.
